I definitely will use the U-Haul on broad Street again for future moving storage y'all was very helpful and fantastic to me and my wife thank you crew for so much all of them was very helpful to us no problems at all

I requested to be notified as soon as one came available. I even continued to check online and reached out the 800 number. I was never contacted and when I went in to close my account I was not refunded the prorated amount I was owed. My family has used this location numerous times but we will definitely not return.

Beyond that, one woman in particular (Melissa?) went out of her way to check on us several times while we were on the property, to make sure we were not overwhelmed by the heat of the day. When we ran out of room, the owner of the business helped us find additional storage at another U-Haul facility nearby. We felt cared for. It was a wonderful experience.

The entrance into the climate control building needs to have a ramp instead of the mini steps that prevent the wheel dolly with heavy gear on it from getting in. Also, also do you need more than one loading cart for the climate controlled section.
