The app has glitches, but once you get past those, it works ok.

We rented on the fifth and thought we had until the fifth and got hit with an almost $200 payment for a month we won't be using. We are not happy at all that there is no pro rated or weekly rate. I will never rent another storage unit from uhaul. In spoke to staff and was told that we had to pay for full month.
