clara n | Overall ExperienceI have been using Assured for the last few years and always had a great experience. The manager Rich is a great host and is always a gentleman. This will be the only storage facility that I will use while living in the Athens Area.
Allen M | Overall ExperienceThe storage unit is a joke, when I had my stuff in storage for a month and a 1/2 I went on January 22nd 2024, I open the storage unit door and to my dismay found that there had been rats ravishing all of my boxes my $1800 mattress was peed on and pooped on Even though I had it standing up at the back of the unit. the manager was very dismissive and said that it was my responsibility to have insurance on my things! However homeowners does not cover rat damage he has been very dismissive has not gotten back with me sissies on the cruise till March..The storage unit is not secure there is a 6 to 8 inch space at the top of the unit which allows the rats or whatever's in the units to run freely from unit to unit I would notRecommend this company I was very disappointed and I'm still waiting for my deposit back and an answer to what they're going to do about all the stuff that was destroyed in my unit I have had to replace many things including close decorations mattress it's despicable
