Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisU-Haul Woodbridge VA was such a blessing to me this year.🙏🙏🙏 Thank you, may your business Excel.
NITU S | Expérience généraleThey were the best
AUGUSTINE N | Expérience généraleI really appreciate all the effort the staff put into trying to help all of the customers, but the location was severely understaffed throughout the entirety of the day. Customers were waiting in line for almost an hour. I had to wait in the line twice, so I was late returning the truck I had rented. Nevertheless the staff remained respectful and helpful the whole day. Kudos to them!
PHILIP S | Expérience généraleMr. Beard was very professional and knowledgeable about his position. He treated me like family. Outstanding service.
Vera A | Expérience généraleCustomer service rep was very professional and knowledgeable about his job
Vera A | Premières impressionsI really like your facility for your manager she is really good and respectful
ZAINAB K | Expérience généraleWhile moving my belongings into the storage was a simple and non-stressful process, at 9:00 pm on March 31, 2026…the outside lights kept shutting on and off which made it unsafe and the visibility to move my things very difficult. There should be better lighting and lighting in the storage units.
