The staff was very friendly and helpful. I couldn't be more pleased with service.

They took my payment method but didn't charge me according to my bank, and closed the office before I could get a receipt. Guess I have to go back an extra time. I left more confused than necessary

I spoke with a female and a male employee, explaining the difficulty. They were polite and understood the issue. Good employee/ customer relations.
