Couldn't extend my rental online, had to call a 1-800 number to do it. Lady was rude to me over the phone. Was told I had the trailer until 5pm, so I returned it at 4:50, pulled out and got on the highway and at 5:01 my credit card was charged $10 as a late charge. Will never be using uhaul again or recommending your company to anyoneBRADLEY E.
The guy working the counter was awesome. I was "that guy". Showed up with 5 min to spare, he had customers so didn't get to me till after closing. Without batting a eye he gave me top notch service, I doubt I could say I'd do the same. He was also there for drop and as I was waiting for the lady at the desk he appeared ready to help get me moving along quickly again. The lady at the desk was kind as well. There was garbage in the vehicle. Also I was very annoyed that I was charged for fuel when I had just put gas in it and by the time I got it back to the store, it had moved down. Not even a millimetre of grace!!!!JULIE T.

The automated check in is frustrating, annoying, complicated and a huge time waste. When the clerk has to walk you through all of steps, has a preprinted sheet with the steps, and it is still not right, I would assume the process is flawed and needs to be changed.Raymond F.
Always have two people on staff. It took half an hour to wait for the girl trying to find the keys for the van she ended up having give me another van I lost half an half hour from my rental so I ended up being half an hour late for the next person who was waiting for me. Vehicle should have sufficient to at least get to the first gas station the attendant should be a lot more helpful I am not an electronic expert so having to do the whole process on my phone was a 2 hr procedure that with a little help could have been done in probably 15 min I went to south Fraser way to start with she sent me to hazelton even though I explained to her I would probably need help because of my lack of knowledge with the phone procedure I was told there would be somebody at the location I was sent to help that did not happen the whole procedure was very stressful and would I recommend a friend to uhaul definitely notAlfred S.

The 'self serve use your phone' is a royal pain in the A _ _! To use it you HAVE TO have a smart phone, you HAVE TO have data or your stuck attempting everything on the Uhaul WiFi and therefore HAVE TO move the vehicle close to the building and it might work if you're lucky. The vehicles are parked at the end of storage unit rows which are often blocked by people with their vehicles accessing their storage. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! NEVER AGAIN!!!John SCOTT C.
