The app would not load on when trying to turn vehicle back in. Made the turn in process take much longer than it needed to. Otherwise, great experience.

More adequate parking spaces and clean vehicles prior to rentals
Christopher WMake sure all equipment is with the vehicle. The appliance dolly was not with my truck and I requested mobile check in so I had to wait an hour to retrieve it. Thankfully the front desk employees was able to help me out. Worst of all, when checking my truck back in the milage prior to use was not accurate and I could not properly return my truck. Thankfully custom service representative Ruby McNeil, was able to help me out and I was very appreciative. This WHOLE uhaul experience was very frustrating
Suliaman ABlankets were reserved but not in the truck. On-line check in was my first time and difficult.
