U-Haul is our go-to destination whenever we need trailers; typically we use them for camping trips, to pack all the gear that won't fit in our SUV. Great service, great staff; very helpful!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisRand was incredibly helpful, thorough and kind. Was a really great experience.
Marya JTruck had damaged but ran great and stopped, The scraps and dents where a little nerve racking because the app is iffy when taking pictures of it and won’t upload them all
STEVEN LTo start the app crashed so I wasn’t able to access my vehicle until 45 mins past my start time. Then once I was able to access the code to get the keys to the vehicle, the keys in my box were to the wrong vehicle and the location I was renting from wasn’t open yet so I didn’t have anyone to help. Upon dropping the vehicle off I was struggling because the odometer was not correct due to me being a different vehicle that I was supposed to be in. Luckily I was dropping off the vehicle to the same spot and the attendant in the location was able to get my account situated.
