I forgot my wallet and when I went back at 9 am to get it first thing he said was “didn’t I say I was gonna call you!” All rude. And I was like “ no, I just dropped my U-Haul off this morning “ and he was like are you sure? Is your name Blake? And I responded no. And so he went to he key drop off all rude.

Attempted to drop off after hours and the fuel when I left the pick up location was lower then on the contract so the GM at that location signed it off and sent me on my way. Upon arrival, they closed at 2 so I had to do an “after hour drop” the website was saying it was going to charge me for missing fuel, so the GM from the pick up location suggested I hold onto the keys and come back the next day when he opens. I showed up at 9 and was the first one there and he was frustrated that “I didn’t just do it online”. I told him about the issue with the fuel, and he said he wouldn’t charge me for it but he was too busy and couldn’t return my truck right that moment due to a few people walk in after I was there. He also stated that if he has to sweep AT ALL he is going to charge me. Which is ridiculous, and seemed to be a threat so he wouldn’t have to do anything besides check it in. On that note, I showed up at 9 when he opened and throughout the morning I was checking online to see if he had returned it and by 1 pm he still hasn’t returned it. Which also meant my truck was officially “late” and based on his attitude from this morning, I was worried he was also going to charge me for an extra day. I called the 1-800 Go Uhaul number and spoke to someone and they said they would call him to and have him return it. Thank you roseburg Uhaul for your help, and assistance in getting my car on the TD I rented. I wouldn’t not suggest Danes Auto as a Uhaul dealer.

The operator of this facility told me to park the vehicle where I took it from then when I told him about a piece of four inch pipe in the way of parking it in that spot he got very upset with me . I know that I may have popped a tire in the process of parking said vehicle but he knew that the pipe was there and felled to say anything about it before I left with the vehicle.

gave me a quote for 45$ online and it was actually 85$, big difference and they failed to mention that there was a 170$ deposit on the equipment that nobody told me about until i went to pick up the equipment. over all bad customer service and seem like they are trying to scam me out of way more money then my first quote. unacceptable.

The online sign-up process was horrible. I explored a couple of locations and inadvertently got signed up for the wrong location. 2nd. the location I ordered through did not have what I wanted and I got NO INDICATION where I should pick up my order. I had to CALL to find out where to pick it up and Finally, The ADDRESS I was given is INCORRECT!!!! It SHOULD BE 843 Pacific Blvd!!! I wasted a lot of time trying to find out where to pick up the vehicle, then got a friendly, but overly chatty service provider who delayed me even more.
