Overall experience was ABYSMAL. Butte could not deliver my reservation. I was required to drive out of my way to Anaconda to have my reservation fulfilled and was charged extra due to the mileage. Absolutely terrible customer service from the Butte office.

The employee that helped was awesome
Mary K.The employees were not willing to help with anything. They just told us to do everything online ourselves. Then when checking it back in the next day, they charged us $55 for not putting enough gas in it, even though it had more gas then it did when I picked it up.
Megan B.Their connection to the Uhaul network was slow and lacking. It took a lot longer than I would have liked to get my unit dropped off. It was also a little inconvenient that I couldn't get my cash deposit back in cash when I dropped it off.
