My cost on the app was $ 352.51. When I arrived at the location I was charged $358. I understand its $5 more dollars but it would gave been nice to know what I'm told it is and have the same price when I go to pay and pick up

KATHLEEN MMake it clear that there will be additional fees for return outside of regular times. I rushed back to return the trailer and was charged an additional $20+ fee with no prior notification at all from anyone until it was just charged to my card the next day. It's likely I won't use UHaul again if I need a trailer as this left a very bad taste in my mouth. My issue isn't necessarily with this location or even the employees, but with UHaul policy that was not clear at all after my initial contract. My $55 trailer with $8 insurance wound up nearly $90.
