I had no issues with the rental itself. Using the app was very easy and fairly self-explanatory. Locating the office space was a little difficult upon arrival. There are no signs or indicators anywhere that there is a U-Haul office inside the building. I tried multiple doors before someone came to the door and stepped outside and asked me if I was there for U-Haul. Once I stepped inside, I was quite surprised. The office space was a disaster. It appears to be a shared space, but the room where I checked in with the U-Haul representative looked like a tornado had come through there. The girl that helped me was very kind and helpful and I will continue to use this location, but it certainly was not good for first impressions. Thank you for taking the time to consider a customer's respectful opinion.

New location unsure where office was and things not organized yet.
Mark LHead light was out and back break lights kept going in and out . Very dangerous
Shawnta LWe had an issue picking up our truck. The battery had died so we called the service center and they set us up with a new truck. It was larger and we were told that it would not cost us more. This was not the case. We were charged for full price large truck even though that was the only one available and we were told differently
Gabriel BI was charged for an appliance dolly that wasn’t available when I picked up the truck. I made several calls to UHAUL and no one was able to remove the charges. The truck was ok and the pick up was straight forward.
