Ms. Camry did an excellent job and help me even gave me a discount. Problem was the customer that had the unit I reserved did not return it until 6 PM. I was scheduled to have the unit starting at 3:00 PM... This was not the fault of UHaul, it was due to the customer refusing to return the unit on time. As a result I waited 2 and 1/2 hours for the unit. Not happy about that. Ms Camry is a great employee and great with customers.JAMES C.

I bought a rope and it wasn't given to me. When I tried to call because the location was closed for the day and I had to return the truck on the same day, the prompt on the phone sent me everywhere and there were no customer service available after waiting for more than 20 mins on the phone. I wasn't refunded the money I paid for a damn rope. There was no one I could find online to chat with and I don't want to drive 20 mins back to the location just to talk to customer service about a refund. Also, when renting a truck online, you'd have to pay for the rope first but when I get there, I didn't receive the rope. The frustration is I couldn't contact anyone after I had left to get my business done about the refundKhoa N.

Please make sure your customers are given all information I was uninformed that I got a free month of storage which I could have used instead of having to keep extending my rental. Also your customer service is lacking when you call the customer service line. My first quote was $719 with no mileage a man named Perry that I dealt with. When I arrived at U-Haul to pick up the truck it was $796 very disappointing on a tight budget trying to get to Florida due to family emergency. People were nice and polite but not as helpful as I would have hoped I had never loaded a car onto a tow dolly and they refused to help manage to get it done. Then when you call to try and extend your rental they kept referring you to other numbers had to keep calling the 800 customer service line. Overall a very frustrating experience.ROBBIE B.
Understaffed. Associate hitched trailer with only inches between trailer fender and guardrail. After several times pulling forward and back to create room, another associate came out and began directing me to clear the guardrail. Associate finally disconnected the trailer and had me pull forward, clear of the guardrail. Only later in the day did I realize that he had directed me into the guardrail and damaged my driver side rear quarter panel.JON D.
Though my experience with the location was above average. The rental process was unpleasant. I made a reservation was at a different location and I got emails which made me think that's where I will be picking up my rental. However, when I got there, they said, my rental is at a different location. No one told me that. I did not get any communication of this. Thus, I got delayed because I had to make another trip to a different location to pick up the rental. The process was below average :(Charles L.
We got double booked for a 10' so they only had a 15' for more money and had to bring it back in less than two hours. Had no choice but to get it to get our stuff out and because of time had to leave the stuff and my moms and will have to move them again to our other house. Terrible! Also the gas gauge wasn't working properly and they got a free full tank! Lost money and couldn't get moved to where I needed. Still waiting for the manager to call me back. They charged me for something I didn't use and on top of that they gave me a broken trailer. I could have killed someone or died myself and they charged me anyways, I am a very long time customer everyone in my family's uses uhaul and this honestly this is such a bad experience that I'm no longer going to continue doing business if I have to pay for this.
