natalie c | Overall ExperienceI had wonderful experience with Xavier and his front desk staff. They were extremely accommodating after a had a horrific experience with Monica. She was the alleged to be the scheduling manager. She was extremely rude and completely lacked empathy and concern while interacting with me. My car stalled over the road and it caused me to be late. I was instructed to call her to move my drop off location. She was sure to blame me for my vehicle breaking down during the move. Causing me to be late. She told me I was bad at communicating and that I seem to have a problem. Worse interaction I've ever had of a uhaul staff member after doing business with uhaul for over 20+ years. I also received feedback that this is not the first time she's treated customers like this. That concerns me giving the state people may be in while they are contacting her. Her treatment to customers is disgusting and I have a feeling she only talks like that on her unrecorded line that I believe she talks on. I was completely blown away but Xavier made the experience phenomenonal.

Juanita U | Overall ExperienceI had a fantastic experience at this storage facility, the manager was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was set up perfectly, they hooked up my tow dolly without any issues, and the drive from Austin to Houston went smoothly! I could not have asked for better service. Highly recommend.
