The roof leaked right over the steering wheel so the driver got wet
GENE DStaff was extremely friendly and helpful! They made things very easy during a stressful move.
RENEE SAll well super well truck in order and dealer nice and friendly, quick and polite !!! Just had one issue, the roof leaked from the rain on the over head front. Wetted all the cardboard boxes, so the contents spilled out. About 25 boxes. I haven't found any damage and at this point I do not expect to. Very nice a supervisor made contact and offered a Telephone number to file a claim in the event I found damage, again I don't see any( of course I haven't made it all through the contents as of yet ) no worries. Very well pleased and would rent from the same dealer/Uhaul again without hesitation. Thank you for your time and efforts. Kind Regards, John Beard
JOHN BAJ'S Suncoast in Barre, vermont is only open till noon on Saturdays and closed Sunday. Even though no one was there at 12:30 I had no problem dropping off the trailer. There is a key drop box.
