My issue is not with the pick up location, my issue is with UHaul in general. I reserved my pick up to be in Burlington yet I was directed to a location nearly an hour away. If UHaul doesn't have units nearby then don't accept my reservation PERIOD! In the future I will look at other options before I go back to UHaul and I would not recommend UHaul to anyone I know.

It was my first time renting a uhaul ever, and the service was excellent, the guy was very informative. Only hiccup was he didn't show me where the dolly was, so I paid for one I never got to use. Other than that, great experience! 10/10
ADDYSON JThe only thing I didn't like was I reserved the U-Haul in Plainfield which is where the car was located I had to tow then found out the day before that the trailer wasn't there and the only way I knew it was in Barre was I stopped on the way home to make sure we were good to go the next day and then found out it wasn't at that location that I had to drive 20 minutes away to get it other than that the experience was good.
DANIEL DI dropped the trailer off on the 15 and never booked it back untill the 18 that is just wrong
