The Uhaul app kept crashing on me and I had to call customer service to to able to complete the mobile pick-up. No dolly was included with the truck as I requested.

I liked the experience of DIY truck rental but you have to be pretty comfortable using a cell phone to complete all the requirements.
PARKER MThere was a lot of mix-up and change to my u-haul rental and locations. instead of picking up in town, I had to drive 45 minutes to a PU location, and then an additional 1hr 30mins back to the PU location for drop off, instead of the original 10 minute drive to the drop off in Sutton,ON. When i called CX service, they were not helpful and I had to argue with them about a compensation refund. I never received the compensation refund, gave Uhaul CX service another call and this time someone was helpful. I wish there was more communication and organization after Uhaul did call to confirm my reservation, and then it ended up changing 2-3 times after the 24 hr notice.
