Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTruck was fine but no moving blankets available at this location nor the next closest in Thaxton, VA. Very disappointed in that respect.
garry hContinue the great customer service I received there.
cg sThey charged me for returning a trailer to wrong location. That should not matter! This was the 4th time I returned a trailer there. Never had an issue before.
GEORGE WThe truck smelled like cigarettes. The store was dirty. Clogged toilet. No key for the smaller truck so we had to use a big one that I struggled to get in. I have physical issues so it was hard to get in it was too high. They made it right with the price which was fair to make it like the truck we wanted but it was hard for me I needed help getting in and out. They split hairs over the amount of gas. We had taken pictures of the gas level before and after. The guy tried his best but he clearly has pressure from the owners to haggle about the gas level. He made the process to get the truck easy. He is a a nice guy and a good worker. This reflects the greater leadership. The ownership. Their policy. Their emphasis on maintaining the business.
