Facility was fine but I had to drive 40+ miles from my pickup location I had reserved. I fully expect to pickup at the selected and reserved location.

The u haul leaked in the attic part, we told the cashier at checkout and no response from U-Haul as it ruined a lot of our items.
Tina LOrdered a U-Haul was told one price and gave another price at check out.. was guaranteed my money back when brought U-Haul back and never got the amount back was told was giving back

Robert MI would never go to that place ever again!! They don't have a clue of what they're doing they couldn't even check me out I was there for an hour before they got me out of there, they need training badly once I brought back the equipment back they couldn't check the equipment in no one has a clue what they're doing there I would recommend going to a different place for your U-Haul needs I think they need to just stay with their convenience store U-Haul is definitely not for them
