I booked the truck for October 31st 7 am, from Newmarket. The day before I was informed that I need to pick the truck up in Beeton. I took a $35 uber and arrived before 7. The 24/7 app was not working, so I called for assistance. I was informed that the truck was not ready and I would need to wait until 8 for the business to open. I sat in the middle of nowhere, in the cold and dark and waited. I had booked movers (through uhaul) for 8-11. They could not change the time. So by the time I got the truck and got home it was 9. I was able to get an extra hour (they stayed until 12) but I had to pay. So I paid for 4 hours but only benefitted from 3. This was the most stressful move .

Great service. Easy pick up and drop off
JAMES FSeven automotive was awesome to deal with but I have a sour taste in my mouth after u haul changed my pickup location 24 hours before pickup and then cancelled it the morning of without notifying me. I was left scrambling calling u haul trying to track down another truck which doesn’t seem like it should be my responsibility as I made the reservation a month in advance.

Doug JMy issue was not with the site due to this being a mobile pickup. The concern was with the set up of the reservation and this was by phone. The site was mobile pick up and I told them twice. When I went to pickup, I had to contact customer service again and help to fix the problem. I got this resolved after one hour.
