I was advised to return the vehicle with the fuel back to where it was when I picked it up. Many of the reviews I read before booking with Uhaul commented that they were charged for fuel even though they had returned the vehicle full. With this in mind, I returned the truck with the fuel gauge needle reading higher than when I started yet I was still charged for fuel. I chose Uhaul because of it's proximity but in the future I will drive further to avoid giving Uhaul my business.

David L.The web page was a complete disaster. On my android it would not do location services at all. It would not bring up location request. On my wife's iPhone it would not work properly either. It It wasn't for the very helpful women on the phone I would not have been able to pick up the truck after hours because of the poor functionality.
