Rude employees for pickup, not helpful, truck cab was filthy. They were so slow, it took nearly an hour for pick-up which used one hour of my rental time.

Charles DIt all went well
Walter OUpon arrival they did seem a bit disrespectful of time . That said I'm unaware of what they had on the go . But once the return was in progress it was straight forward. I work in automotive service and customers are dicks .. so I give them a it could have been faster but in the end it met my expectations and I will rent again. Best advise is to disclose how long the wait will be so I'm aware and I lll go thru the process. I give them it could be better 8/10 . And happy .
