Not in a great area of town and hard see it's uhaul since it's in a boost mobile store

Amy B.The 3-star rating is more so related to me being sent there by Uhaul despite them only having the truck and no equipment that I ordered. I ordered 2 dollies, 2 sets of blankets, and 1 mattress cover. Despite Uhaul sending me to this location to pick up the truck, I was instructed that this location had none of the equipment I ordered, only the truck. The employee was great with canceling the equipment and was very helpful. I am, however, frustrated that Uhaul would send me to a location that does not contain my equipment and essentially tell me I need to waste miles on the truck to drive to a different location in order to get that equipment.
George T.The location is not in a great part of town. During the few minutes I was there picking up the truck many seemingly mentally unstable people were walking around yelling incoherent things. The process itself went smoothly since I did not have to involve the Boost Mobile people. I utilized the uhaul truck share 24/7 option which was more convenient than having to deal with some random cell phone salesperson. I would recommend this location only if using the truck share 24/7 option since you only have to be in the sketchy area for a few minutes.
