They need better signage as to where to drop the keys off to. The sign to drop off the key was on the front of the building, but the drop box was on the far side back of the building. Other than that it was clean and presentable. The drop off site was not open.

Monique SThe vehicle was given to me with a whole mile over without mentioning anything about fixing. The vehicle brakes/retarders felt really tight and acted as reducing the speed automatically, as if I stopped pressing on the gas making me use more gas than needed to get keep it rolling. I had an emergency, was put out and the new apt needed keys I went personally to talk to the lady at checkout and after telling her she directed me to 800number, I was asking for a reduction being that I’d have to wait one more day until the apt was ready. Anyways, I could afford $30 but couldn’t afford the over 2x amount for another day charge. I guess nobody cares about anything but money anymore.
