I have several complaints. The day before my scheduled pickup, I received a message that the pickup location had changed. Nobody checked with me to ask if this was okay. This was inconvenient because I had selected a pickup location that was walking distance from me. I called to change the location back to the original one, but I had to change my pickup time from 10:00 am to 11:30 am. When I arrived at the location at 11:30 am, there was nobody there. The store New Era Wireless was closed and I called their contact number 5 times. No answer. I had to go to the convenience store next door to inquire and they called the owner/manager of New Era Wireless to open the shop. The owner Monique did not come until 12:15 pm - 45 minutes late! I request a refund for this stressful occurrence.

DENZEL VHi - this was a much better experience than my last. Very efficiently in and out by the person helping me. Nice, clean fully fueled van. And my cash out receipt matched the travels. The last U-Haul I rented in July (from a different location) was clueless, the equipment was dirty, the door hatch was partially broken and they never returned payment for the estimated mileage I never came close to. Glad I found this location.
