Overall not quite great experience today. Booked a 20 foot unit online and recieved a confirmation email. Got to the dealer this morning and was advised that the 20 foot truck was broken down and U-Haul should have called me. They did not. Not even an email. No surprise there. Was forced to settle for a 15 foot truck and had to make 2 trips. Before I drove the truck of the dealers lot, I took a picture of the gas needle. I returned the truck with more than enough gas. Took a picture of the gas needle again. Recieved my final bill and there was a $12,36 surcharge for extra gas !!! Perhaps if you sent your trucks out full like you used to, it would be more accurate. Then to add insult to injury, you have the nerve to charge me an additional $11,99 for using my credit card to rent your dirty truck. Shame. UHaul use to be a great service company.

Too many hidden charges. Incorrect billing on fuel.
John AI doubt the truck would pass a safety inspection, check engine light was on, and horrible fuel mileage. Was called after I returned vehicle being accused of damaging it. Had to return to the store to prove I didn't with video I recorded, because they didn't mark existing damage with stickers. Also tried to reserve at one location, and pickup location was changed without my knowledge nearly causing me to miss my pick up.
