The truck sounded like it badly needs some service and the rolling door was very difficult to close. I mentioned this to the store owner and they responded that they have notified uHaul and so far no response.

I rent truck 15 ft only 4 hrs They over charge me and haven't sent me final cost now it's 2 days I drove 11 km u will get email 30 minutes I haven't gotten yet it's worth service got end of my day if u want to rent they will ? I sorry I can't words I'm not happy.
DARWARA NThe drop off location had no key box. I was lucky that variety store owner showed up to park his car around the same time as I didn't know where to leave the key. Truck was shaking while driving and it felt difficult to control on highway and made it a bit scary to drive.
