Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisN/A as everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. Would certainly rent from them again
Elbert HDon't overcharge people!!! 100% honesty with the actual cost instead of leading someone to believe it's much cheaper. Price y'all charge for gas is ridiculous
JAMES SI had no issues with picking up the truck at all! Met the area manager, extremely nice individual!! The only concern I have is why I was charged an extra almost 300 after my original rental payment of 131?!?! That seems kinda absurd honestly so unless I’m desperate I won’t be renting from you all ever again. I understand that gas/diesel isn’t cheap but in all honesty it just seems like your more about gauging your customers for whats in their pockets more than taking care of them rather than anything else and that’s not how a business should be ran!!
JOSHUA JIt was difficult to see out of the windshield, the cab was dirty, the trailer was dirty. The trucks were parked so close I couldn't take all the necessary photos before leaving location.
