From the scheduling, to the pickup, to the drop off, everything was made very clear and smooth. On a couple of occasions when I called for a question or confirmation, customer service was always friendly and very helpful. I am very happy with my experience and would certainly use U-Haul again for any moving needs.

Akeem OAllow earlier pickup. I arrived at 9:10 and had to wait 20 minutes until 9:30 until your system came on line.
Charles TYour website is not user friendly. I was unable to rent from same place as return. That cost more. I wanted to return where I rented. The gentleman at the HWY 58 uhaul was very helpful and changed things that cut the price in half. He also helped hook up and unhook. Best experience I've had with uhaul.
