Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis location was helpful. They took the truck even though U-Haul changed the drop off location to another location in Chicago.
Lee BMy pick-up time was 8:30am so that is when I arrived. The shop did not open until 9:00am and I had to wait 30 minutes as there was no method to pick it up even though it was "24-7 rental". They did not have the furniture dolly even though the U-Haul representative that called me the day prior stated that it was available. I was also changed to this location from a closer one about 12 hours prior to pick-up time.
ADRIAN NA bit of a slow start with a new employee and limited on site support but manager was super efficient and processional. Staff were helpful and communicative.
