It just felt very difficult to understand because it seemed as if you needed a key code to get the key but actually had to go into the random store which didn't indicate it worked with U-Haul, and because of this I used 30 minutes of my time trying to chat with someone and figure it out. The cab of the U-Haul was bit muddy and it was difficult to start it in addition to the mirrors being duct taped so you couldn't adjust one of them.

MAURICIO TI couldn’t get it to show me the mileage and it did say maintenance was due, but I didn’t have any issues. Shop keep was great and got us out fast. Drop off was simple. Thanks.
Jennifer Bthe 10ft truck I requested was not available at my preferred location, so I was moved to this one. When I arrived, I saw only a 15ft truck and saw my reservation had changed to a 15ft truck. This was not an upgrade as I specifically wanted a 10ft. The location would not pick up their phone and it took 10 minutes for me to discover that I had to go through the connected corner store and work with the very busy cashier attendant/owner, who seemed new to u-Haul rental. I received no Written contract nor proof of current fuel level, which ended up being a costly issue at the end of the trip.
