The store was actually closed up - didn't look like it had been open for months. I was moved from a local location to one about 25 minutes away and then when we got there, it was closed and we had no idea how to get the keys. Had to make a call and use the app which was not 100% useful.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe scan and go self checkout from the UHaul app did not work, so getting my truck ended up taking 45 minutes on the phone with UHaul, and required re-entering info already on my reservation. AND, the dolly that I reserved was not on the truck, leaving me without a key piece of equipment that was mandatory for my rental. It was very disappointing and very frustrating.
