This location was closed when I dropped off the trailer, so I didn't interact with anyone. The drop off area was huge and the trailer was easy to drop off. * I had to change my drop off location over the phone due to the other location only taking trucks. Very rude and crachety at that location. Need to make note of that in your information. That one was in Washington St in Claremont, NH. Overall experience was excellent!!!

Another excellent location!
KEVIN HThis wasn't a completely smooth transaction. Cell service at pickup/drop-off site was terrible and mobile check in was glitchy. The truck was clean and ready, however, I paid for an appliance dolly rental at $10 and it was not provided. Will I get a refund? Doubtful. I would use this service again just with no add-ons.
Craig CDolly was not involved in the reservation even though it was paid for.
