Gas gauge wasn't working correctly when we first picked it up. It read on empty. We put gas in and it was full and spilled all over my daughters pants and shoes. The steering will isn't sound and was scary to drive. Also the passenger mirror wasn't moving and we couldn't see. It was a terrifying experience.

Emma L.Truck was extremely filthy. Tried to send pictures but your thing only let me attach 1 photo. Location is a dirty convenience store that added on a $15 service that I didn't ask for and I want a refund. Uhaul overall has always been good to me but this location is the worst. I'm not upset with Uhaul but this location shouldn't be renting trucks. Extremely filthy and poorly maintained truck. I only accepted it because I needed the truck and couldn't wait around to try to get a different one on short notice. Very bad experience at this location.
