Make sure the truck back in is clean and when the customer request a dolly, make sure all the equipment is inside the truck. and when you return the truck with more gas, then when you got the truck, you should be credited for putting the truck back in better gas level.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisEveryone was very professional I been going to that location for yrs and John always helps me out
LIOSMAR LThe moving truck was not ready for use. After picking up the moving truck, I realized the engine oil was low, so I had to refill it because it was almost empty. I had to make some phone calls, including one to U-Haul Road Assistance, to get directions on how to proceed. It caused me stress and was a waste of time, and I had to deal with a truck I was not familiar with. I had to buy three bottles of oil and call road assistance to help me with the process and make sure the moving truck is good to go.

SHAHID AReceived my U-Haul 40 minutes late. No organization. The guy trying to contact the owner was nice and trying to help but overall it was confusing and unprofessional as I had no way to contact the owner myself. Will not be returning to this location
