The lady was rude from when I picked it up complaining that she was the only one there because other workers had took off work and tell me I was yelling when I wasn’t I was standing in the back of the truck and it’s empty so it was loud then she was calling my phone and texting me when I had another reservation and telling me she can’t rely on the computer to tell her what I had on it so to keep her from continuing to blow my phone up I had to block her number then I needed the code to get in the gate she starts yelling at me to the point I had to hang up and she texted it to me and first thing this morning they charged me for another day something definitely needs to be done about her she apparently she dont like her job she needs to find a new one !!! Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis was a storage unit and drop off was confusing . Luckily my daughter seen a drop box for the keys. Was not sure if I was to park in or out of the gated area. Was not able to contact anyone. I left my two wheel cart in the back and have not been able to get a hold of anyone to retrieve it.
KAYLENE JThe receipt said to call the location on drop-off, but there was nobody answering the phone (location closed on Sundays, so that makes sense). No signage or phone instructions for the key dropoff, so someone who is colorblind would miss the box just randomly on the fence.
