It's also a storage facility, so it has a gate that someone has to open. That's kind of annoying.Susan R.
For the first time customer at that location I was not sure I was at the right address because of the gate and it is a storage place. I would suggest having a U-Haul sign with the address so you could see it from the gate, maybe have a cell phone number of the the attendant so she can be called when not in the office/intercom.Craig D.

The truck had worn-out wiper blades and needed a tune-up badly. The engine kept losing power and the fuel economy gauge kept rising to high fuel economy - indicating that gas was not getting to the cylinders - possible fuel injector issue. Because the blades were worn out in a snow storm, I had to stop every exit to bang the ice off. Finally, the driver's side blade disintegrated!. I made 280 miles in 11 hours and had to take a hotel to find a repair the following day. You cost me an additional $200! This truck didn't just disintegrate all at once so it is indicative that the chain at large doesn't do a good job of checking the trucks.Dean E M.
Dropped off after hours and couldn't get the return app to work on my phone. Where to park the vehicles wasn't clearly marked and the location was kinda hidden and run-down looking. Online customer service was helpful in putting in a note in my contract what happened with online return so that I didn't need to return to the location the next day.Anna W.

The office for the drop-off location was behind a locked gate. I did not want to risk being charged for not dropping in the proper location I was able to drive through the gate and ended up being locked in and ended up crawling under a fence to get outrod N.

I was very pissed off with both locations pick up and drop off. When i picked it up it took over an hour just to get the truck, i wasted a lot of time that i could have been moving stuff. The person was not trained and wasted my time. when i had everything set up online. When i dropped it off i had to pay for more mileage even though i had set it to be dropped off at that location and it took over a half hour to leave, again untrained. So i wasted essentially 2 hours picking up and dropping off. PISS POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!JASON C.

There was grease in the back which was not seen and therefore got on shoes of the movers and on the legs of furniture, so we have grease to clean on our new carpet and on the carpet of the home we left. I called Darla at uhaul and she offered for me to bring it back to take care of it but we partially loaded and I only had the 2 moving helpers for 2 hours. Darla, at the uhaul location was excellent!!Gary S.
When I returned the equipment in Schofield,WI they stated that there was no way the location in Coon Rapids should have even rented it to us. It was out of break fluid, marker light was out, cable for the door was broken and the pin to keep the trailer on the ball was gone. I was not very happy at all.nicole G.

As far as renting a uhaul goes I was satisfied with the truck. The customer service was disappointing. She was on the phone for 10 whole minutes while I stood there in agony watching the clock. I was being locked out of my home and needed to get the truck back to get as much as I could. Finally another gal came and told her to help me and call the other person back. In spite of my need to get going she took her time. Then the lack of receipts...the gas was returned to where it was but the guy said it wasn't quite where they want it.Cherie W.
About a week after I had returned your vehicle, I received an email from you that the vehicle has still not been returned!!! Very disturbing. It turns out someone in your office failed to update in your system after I returned your equipment. Please avoid that because I had to go through a stressful period explaining date and time I dropped off your vehicle.Venny N.
The original truck I ordered had a frozen door so I could not use it. I did get a replacement bigger truck which worked out o.k. Darla did a great job of getting me into the other truck but UHaul should provide some type of assistance to her upfront. It was not made clear to me that I was going to a storage place to pick up my truck as I assumed it was to be the main UHaul store on Coon Rapids Blvd. That added more miles to my charge. If you are sending people to a different location it is your job to confirm where they are supposed to go and a phone call one day ahead is appropriate.Craig H.
The person working was Darla and she was so very helpful with my reservation and the entire transaction. Nice to see that customer service is important to Darla--I appreciate that! There were wooden beams sitting in the truck that we picked up, which we didn't notice until we started loading our things in. We also weren't given details about really important aspects of the vehicle-- like the fact that to turn the headlights on, you have to pull out a nob hiding on the dash in the shadow of the wheel, rather than turning the end of the stick as everyone's used to. This caused a lot of stress.Haleigh D.
