Need for better maintenence on equipment by UHaul. Does not reflect on pickup location. Jack on trailer nearly impossible to crank down, one wheel was bent, light wiring damaged (wire repaired by location). If use wasn't local, I would have refused rental.

Great place very nice staff
tim H.The second time we had dropped off uhaul at this location and nobody was there and several days later uhaul calls me asking where the uhaul is...it was turned in the day it was scheduled to be turned in but the drop off place Pioneer woods is just a closed down building with never anyone there. Even if you do call the number on the door he says just drop it..well I don't know if he check in back in to show I returned it or not. I guess he never did so I get a call from main uhaul asking where the trailer is.. Do not recommend dropping here.
