JADON SThe Pioneer Woods location was closed, I went to Pioneer Woods Storage instead. I had a problem with the U-Haul trailer hook up, and Sissy came out on her day off to help me hook it on properly, she's the best There was an issue with some dents and a hole in the roof of the U-Haul trailer
Deirdre RI cannot really apply any feedback on the actual location that i dropped off. I was originally set to drop off at location in gatlinburg. Day of drop off they were not open yet and that was 1 hour after posted open time. After i spoke to manager, it turns out they no longer work with uhaul(even though uhaul site shows as option). I was then given pioneer woods and i was told they were open. When i get there, it was closed and i had to work with someone on the phone to do dropoff via app.
