Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWas up front with costs and return expectations. Informed me that another vehicle would only be available for one day due to existing reservations. I changed vehicles, and was glad as I needed it for another day. Extending my rental was a simple phone call, and the additional cost was minimal. We have rented from this location multiple times over the years.
Chad BMy agreement originally said I could drop off the Uhaul at 5:00pm on Tuesday the 18th. When I dropped it off they charged me for an extra day because they said I needed to bring it back at 8:15am. I would appreciate a credit.
Brendan MMark made the van rental process so easy. No hidden surprises. I will definitely recommend this Buttermilk Pike - Schmidt Ln U- Haul and storage. Keep up the good work!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Shelley DWorkers there were incredibly nice and welcoming. They were pretty busy looking when I arrived to drop the truck off and even then while I was waiting on an Uber to go home, one of the people there stepped outside just to make sure I was okay. I was offered some water and had a lovely conversation with the man that came out. Based on the care and professionalism I experienced, I would recommend this location for uhaul if someone goes that way or for their actual storage business in general. They seem like a good place to get in business with! No notes on improvements needed at this time from me! Color me one happy customer :)
