Easy to return.
CAROL W3 of the four tires on the car hauler were bad. Blew a tire in New Mexico. Upon the service call to fix the tire he advised us that 2 other tires were bad and that they would not last on our trip, he then replaced them. Don’t know how often you maintain the hauler but you need to have them maintained better. We also were supposed to pick up the hauler at a different location at a scheduled time of 3:00pm, when we showed up they were closed, no one around. Called U-Haul and they thankfully found a location in Pell City that had a car hauler available. We were leaving the next morning early for our trip. This could have been a huge problem for us if no one around had a car hauler available. The only positive thing was that the roadside help was easy to use.
