You should have the employee who works at that (Dalton PA) location named Jim Walters train everyone on excellent customer service. He took very good care of me. Made my experience seamless. And I plan on going back to rent another van in a couple weeks again specifically because of him. I am strongly suggesting someone reach out to that location from your corporate office and offer him words of encouragement, a high five, and a thank you for all he does day to day for your establishment. When I see him again I will ask him if you did. I am hoping to come back to this review with a great update about that.
