I returned the trailer early and the final bill was for two days charge and I still didn't get the credit back for it. I was charged 131.38 for four days and i brought it back two days earlier my final bill was 65 something and they still didn't correct the charge yet.

I arrived on time to pick up my trailer and 3 dollies I had registered and ordered on line several days before. All of the dollies had been rented out to other customers despite being reserved. I was moving a piano and the dollies were absolutely mandatory. I had to purchase the only available furniture dolly in town with cost me $44 and change for the one instead of renting the 3 at $7 each. Not much of an apology was given or any sort of discount because what I was reserved was unavailable. I had to drive out to the location to pick up the piano which was in another town to make sure that the dolly would work before picking up the trailer as I didn't want to end up renting a trailer if we couldn't get the piano on the one dolly. What could have been done in less than an hour ended up turning into an all day job and costing me far more than it should of and now I have a furniture dolly I don't need. I would not recommend renting from this place and in fact I would discourage other from doing so.

Well pretty much everything, I was booked for a 20foot trailer(which I needed) and got a call the evening before, being told I can no longer get this and they only have a 15 foot trailer. This is COMPLETE BULLSHIT, what the fuck is the point of BOOKING what I want if I can't get it. Uhaul sucks as a company and has the WORST customer service I have ever had at any company before. Also worth noting the trailer was absolutely ducking disgusting.

The location staff were fine to deal with. We were offered a VIP voucher and it was not applied properly to our rental so ended up not receiving as much off as promised. The customer service staff changed our reservation multiple times without our knowledge or consent. The staff at this location was receptive and fixed the problems they were aware of. U-haul needs better communication between the company and franchises and better training on using that communication.

Location was absolutely fine. I am however unimpressed with U-Haul overcharging me for the trailer rental. I ordered a 4x8 and non were available. Instead a 5x8 was provided and I was subsequently over charged compared to the online quote.

Frustrated that there were no cargo trailers available to rent, even though there were a half dozen onsite. Parking lot was extremely muddy and slippery. Needs fresh gravel so customers can get in and out of their vehicles without getting covered in mud.

My truck was frozen in its place and the cargo door frozen shut due to a severe weather conditions. It delayed the move by a day but everyone did what they could to help us and provided some compensation for the inconvenience which is much appreciated.

Have someone available at the counter at the pick up location during normal work hours. I had to wait (There was also another customer that was already been waiting more than 20 minutes when I arrived to pick up the dolly that I had requested and booked) more that half hour before anyone came to the counter to assist and then this person had to call a manager who knew anything about Uhaul so the paperwork could be generated.

Better signage that this a UHaul drop, and if it remains a 24 hour drop, have a drop-box for the keys or clear directions on who to contact. The on-line agent did not give any clarity on these points.

There was no dolly, even though I requested/reserved one a month in advance. I had to buy one...


Better availability or at least more of a heads up would be nice. I wasn't told until the day before pickup that I even had a rental available for the next day, and that I had to go to another town to pick it up.
