SKETCHY! The man is in a booth and it smells horrible in that place first things. I dont think he could reach the uhaul representative, so He called a guy from his personal cell phone for me to talk to this guy and give him my personal information over his phone. We go out and the hitch wouldn't lock. Some random guy that lives at the hotel had to help my husband because the person "helping us" didn't know how to work the hitch lock. It screwed down instead of latched like the u-haul video showed. So happy to get out of there. Ghetto. Would not recommend!!

MARK WWhen I first got the vehicle at around 630 am to 7am I told them I seen damages on vehicle I took pictures and reported what I saw prior to renting it the lady said OK thank you for reporting my findings then when I returned the vehicle at 8 pm the guy was rude. Wouldn’t answer any questions and then the next day I got an email saying that there was an accident at 2 o’clock and it was damages, but I don’t know why they would make false claims because I did not do that I feel like they are trying to scam people out of their money and somebody needs to do something about this because prior to call in the one 800 number I found out that the vehicle was damaged that the prior person that rented the vehicle said that it was damage damaged as well
