Horrible customer service. Was sent multiple locations in Denver. Rented for Saturday, 5/1. Did not get until Sunday 5/2. Very disappointed in Uhaul. Again, terrible service, did not meat my expectations. Missed my movers window.KARA M.
My issue was not with the Colfax location with was with my original pick up location on Lipan Street - I scheduled a mobile pick for 5:15. I went to the Lipan location at 5:15, logged into my account, selected pick up my truck, and instead of giving me the lock box and lock box code, it said my truck was ready for hang delivery... but no one works there... so that's not possible. I was waiting on the phone for 45 for a customer rep, at this point it was an HOUR past my pick up time and I had to cancel plans I had later that night. It was honestly so terrible. Finally I called the colfax location where he was able to switch my reservation to his location and a picked up a truck from him. Almost 2 hours later I had a truck. No one could fix the issue and it was a waste of time.ERICA P.

The location, staff and equipment were great. The process to check in on line was not! Confusing and inefficient. I did the online check-in before I arrived and had to go inside and ask for help. It made me walk outside across the lot to find my truck, then I had to walk back inside to get the key. When I went back to return the truck, I skipped doing anything online and dealt with the people directly.Ramon M.

If things like mattress bags and furniture dollys aren't available, let the customer know in advance. Also keep a little more fuel in the trucks, less than a mile after I picked up the truck the fuel light was on.JOSHUA D.

the people were great, the uhaul itself made moving a nightmare more than it already was. the right rear view mirror kept falling, the uhaul was given to us on empty, one of the tires felt extremely dangerous on the highway (flat? unaligned?) (i've driven many uhaul 10fts and never experienced this). overall it gave me nightmares all last night and charged me an extra $55 for whatever reason. we won't be using uhaul again just to be safe.Colin S.
Maybe get some staff that actually know whats going on? Or maybe not cancel someones reservation that they made two days prior only to tell them there is not a single truck available. And when you call customer support about the issue maybe dont hang up on them twice and make them wait on hold for two hours. Only to be told they cant resolve the issue because "i dont know why they said that because we have never done that." This company has lost me 1000 just today alone for lost wages as well as tomorrow. Such a terribly run company.Adriel B.

The rear door latch is difficult to operate. Not only difficult to close and lock but would get hung in the open position. It appears to be a very old trailer and should go to the bone yard. It did serve us well! Sometimes pains in the ass do that!John O.
