Inside staff told me to go to a specific location for a truck but didn't see signage so I had to ask where my truck was. Otherwise great customer service!

Bad customer service rude but I had get truck from there , because the snow storm. they don't give enough details about all the charges. And expect the customers read every sign that they have during snow storm,

Make sure you check the quality of the tires. I had a blow out and a flat in the other. This place must not have been taking care of their equipment and I had to suffer for it.

Everything was good driving with the truck thank you very much I will be renting a truck again in May 2021 .

Provide signage do customers know where to park.

Customer service that explain unexplained charges added

Van was well-maintained, but was dirty on the exterior when I rented it. Everything else was just fine. The staff was courteous and professional with facemasks on due to COVID.

Staff is friendly. This is not the location where I wanted to pick up the trailer because I guess the place that I wanted to pick it up from I would of had to drop it off back there. I would change this because it was inconvenient for me to have to go to a different location in order to do a one way.

Super easy in and out.

Dear Sir/Madam, I rented a pickup truck today and had both a terrible experience and a refreshing experience. After many phone calls I was able to find a pickup truck with a ball hitch at one of the Denver offices. I tried to take care of as much as I could over the phone to make the process as smooth as possible. I was adamant about needing a ball hitch to tow a small trailer – which is why I rented the truck. Before I arrived it was suggested I call the location to make sure the truck was available and to reiterate my need for the ball hitch – I did so. I rented a truck just a few weeks ago and the ball hitch was behind the seats. I assumed it was the same for this truck. Upon arriving at the Denver branch I was instructed to take a photograph of my driver's license front and back and upload it to a link I received via text message. I did so while still in the store. I was then instructed to inspect the vehicle and let them know if I saw any damage or anything I was concerned about. I inspected the truck and it was basically brand new with no damage. So I proceeded to my destination. Now I might mention that I believe I was overcharged for my previous truck rental just weeks before this so I thought it best to photograph the mileage and the gas gauge. I did both – please see attach photographs. I attached a picture of the mileage and gas gauge while in the parking lot before leaving U-Haul. And I took a picture of the gas gauge and mileage when I arrived back to return the truck. When I reached the location where my trailer was – THERE WAS NO TOW HITCH in or on the truck. So I found another U-Haul store in Colorado Springs and they were VERY HELPFUL and hooked me up with a hitch. When I returned the truck a young man met me in the vehicle return area and inspected the truck and told me instead of $107 my cost would be $141.38. I asked why is it more than I was quoted. He stated “because this truck had a half a tank of gas when you took it and it only has a quarter of a tank now. I said oh no it did not and tried to show him the photos I've attached. He absolutely refused to look at the photos – REFUSED – and then stated “I already charged your card for the $141.38. I put approximately 8 gallons of fuel in that truck before I returned it. I drove approximately 150 miles all highway. Here is that line item from my bank: 02/02/2021 VISA SEI 35822 ($16.99) This is unacceptable and I demand a refund of $26.25 and I would like that man reprimanded. Thank you!

The woman I interacted with was very kind and knowledgeable. She made the transaction very pleasant and I'd be happy to recommend this location. Excellent customer service.

I usually don't do this however - Sabrina was awesome. We got charged for 2 dozen furniture pads in error and expected to have to go through a whole process to fix it. When I went to call, I noticed Sabrina already fixed it. Very rare these days for someone to go out of their way to help. We appreciate Sabrina

After a long move, I went to return my Uhaul and the remaining unused moving boxes I had purchased. The in-store rep was very rude telling my I needed to go back outside and across the street to return the van. I let her know I also had boxes to return. She asked if I had a receipt and I did not. She said there is nothing we can do for you then, but you are welcome to "donate" your unused boxes to us. I let her know that if the representatives are going to tell you that Uhaul will purchase your unused boxes, that they also need to make it clear that you need a receipt to do so. I am not sure if that is actually Uhauls policy or if this rep just didn't want to help, but if it is a policy, it is a silly one. If someone has rented a Uhaul van from you, it should be easy to understand that the same person most likely bought boxes for their move as well. I think the fact that one needs to prove the purchase of the boxes is unnecessary. I doubt any person would steal boxes to return in hopes of making any sort of profit. I finally tracked down the receipt for the boxes and will be returning them tonight. For future moves, I will make sure to find another moving company that actually tries to be helpful during a stressful move.

Location mishandled my reservation and forced me into an intown rather than a one way vehicle. Was giving a vehicle with zero gas to begin my move. Terrible experience.

I used the "contactless" pickup due to Covid and the early pickup hour. However, it still took me almost 45 minutes from beginning the check-in to driving away... this is not faster. Upon initially making my booking online, I input all my driver license information, etc; however upon pick-up found that it all needed to be input again, as well as pictures taken and uploaded, etc. Furthermore, I had to list so many alternate phone numbers (because for some reason someone other than me had to be contacted before my check-in could be completed) I had to list my parents phone number in OH and the agent through the app attempted to contact them! While I appreciate the attempt at "contactless" pick up, there are still modifications and improvements that can be made to this process to make it more, not less, convenient.

Didn't include everything i ordered and then they charged me for gas even though I filled up before returning. I did the math and they said I got a whopping 2 mpg, which doesnt seem right

Any verification needs to happen prior to me trying to actually get in the uhual and drive away. Whoever thought identity assurance was a good idea is an idiot. I don't speak this plainly often, but I'm serious it's the dumbest solution I've ever seen. I had to upload my ID 3 times. Then create an account. Then give two more forms of verification on the spot? This is the most inconvenient time. I had already reserved the uhaul, uploaded my ID, and you had my credit card. BUT no that wasn't enough, you have to call someone that I provide to ask if I'm who I say I am? That's dumb. And your low paid employees don't have the customer service training to deal with such a bad corporate policy that really just pisses people off. I could literally give you the name of a homeless person with a prepaid phone.. like what is the point of that other than making my move day more stressful? Your procedure to pick up the UHaul is awful. Worst experience ever. Would not recommend to anyone because of how unbelievably frustrating it is...

More focused on their policy's vs the customer. Ihaul wasted hours of my time trying to find a trailer instock that was functional only to end up at this location (sadly). The reps dry, emotionless comments were unwelcoming or sympathetic to my time wasted and directed at uhaul's policy's only. He's an idea, show some human elements to your processes.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! Would happily rent from this location again.

Easy to use, faster than previous u-haul experiences in other locations. However, even with location settings turned on on my phone, the mobile website was saying that it could not find my location (chrome, google pixel 4) and had to use another persons phone to check in on the mobile device.

Honestly this was THE best experience at U-Haul I've ever had. Previously I have used the truck rental services at a gas station which has proven to be challenging... However, this rental and experience went above and beyond. Quick, easy and fantastic customer service!

David P.

First, it was supposed to be non contact procedure but I had to go in and wait for the key in line with other people The woman inside was condescending when I asked her why I need to have three people verify my identity. Frankly, this is joke and was not disclosed when I signed up online; I did not like uhaul calling my friends and family. Especially when you had a cooy of my driver's license ans my credit card and a picture of me sent from my cellphone, ridiculous.

Had a wonderful experience. It's been awhile since I rented a truck, and I love the new process, and that before pictures are provided by UHAUL.

Remind customers that the drop-off area is across the street from the office.

Improve self checkout process - the app kept crashing for me making it really difficult to complete the full process of checking out the vehicle. It took me over 30 minutes from the time I arrived at the location to leave with my rented u-haul. Diego was super helpful in guiding us through the app up to the find my truck portion. However the older gentleman working to check out the vehicles in the morning on Saturday was not wearing a mask and was rude when asked for help. The experience for returning our u-haul was great as well. There was a younger man who was incredibly helpful and kind who made the return experience easy/seamless.
