Very good experience with the clerk and no issue with the 15' truck. This is 2nd time I drove uhaul truck so needed 5 extra minutes to get used to the controls. I was able to return the truck at 9pm even though the posted closing time was 7pm. Few minor things -- no one answered the phone, I reserved furniture and utility dollies but they only have the latter available at pickup, the trucks are parked in the back of the gas station and a couple parking spots are filled with trash looked to be from "abandoned" homeless camp.
