Truck dropped off after hours and the Marathon gas attendant was helpful as to where to park the truck. Also, had issues with mobile drop-off. I uploaded the dash photo and the gas gauge diagram information. Prompt said ‘finished’. Upon checking the app later that evening, status still showed ‘active’ until a rep would complete the process upon arrival the next morning. Addressing these pick-up and drop issues could make life a lot easier for everyone. Overall rating on a scale of 1-10: 5.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI had rented a dolly and 12 furniture mats but they were not in the truck
ABDUL-SODIQ OAlways the best customer service. Highly recommend renting from this location.
Pamela MThe liftgate on the first truck I rented did not work. That was not discovered until I got home. I had to go to a second location to rent a truck that worked. The site where I returned my truck claimed to be open until 6 PM. I tried to return the truck at five and no one was there. I had to download the app and go through all the photographs with only one bar of cell service. It took about 45 minutes.
Lawrence DI didn’t need to interact with the personnel.
