Sara Lee H.The truck was over 150 000 miles with poor alignment, the engine barely shifted gears and poor front end alignment.... the side mirrors stuck out so far on both sides it was near impossible to drivr in between cars on the road without side swiping the cars on either side. Also, the headlights were very dim, even when the bright lights were on making seeing the road very difficult. The owner of the Marathon Gas station where I rented the truck was Very Accomadating!!!

marlon B.This is more intended for UHAUL Corporate. I set up an online account and downloaded the app and completed everything requested - license, pictures, credit card, etc. I reserve a truck every Thursday - Friday during the summer months. I don't know why I did all the work to set up an account because every time I go to pick up truck it is as if I am starting over as a new customer. The Uhaul rep types in the exact information I have put in my account. They say that they don't have access to my account. Frustrated with the pick up process not the rental location. I have no complaints with Hanuman Krupa Inc.
