Friendly, helpful and quick-to-respond staff. This is a very busy place, so there a lot of vehicles and trailers coming and going, with some tight circulation at times. But, staff are quick to make room to get in and out.

The person receiving the trailer should be more customer-centric and professional: it doesn't take much additional time to clearly state to the customer something like: "no paper work is necessary at this end-point. I will be logging your trailer number into our system and you will immediately receive a confirmation email / text."
RONALD MThis wasn't the nearest location for us to drop off, but the communication and service we received from the staff at this location was A++. We will definitely choose this site again should we need local U-Haul services in the future.
