This has nothing to do with either location. The trucks check engine light flashed all the way to my destination. Barley made it up the hills with my car and trailer in tow. Not a exciting 400 mile trip.RYAN B.

I was not assisted in hooking up trailer. When I asked about chains dragging the person couldn't help me. The inside of the trailer was not clean. Was checked out before I showed up to get the trailer.Kevin S.
Wasnt sure why I had to drive 10 extra miles to drop off my truck when there was a closer location. The drop off location wasn't open for my drop off time which was super confusing to know. At pick up the associate said drop off at 8am but my paperwork read 7am. Not sure what time I actually arrived at drop off location but aftr the picture checklist I ended up being charged for an extra day and still Havnt heard back as to why because I feel I shouldn't have been charged due to all the other confusion. The key drop box was NO WHERE TO BE FOUND so an associate had to call me and ask where the keys were. He was very polite so kuddos to him!elizabeth S.
The locations weren't the problem it's the people you contact when you're having an issue I talked to maybe 10 or more different people One employee even sighed at me (Jason was his name) before I even started talking I said did you just sigh at me I told him I wanted to speak with somebody else and he hung up on me like that's his job The u-haul people were very unhelpful on the phone half of the time I wasn't even Talking to someone in Maine Finally After being hung up on I called back and I was connected to a lady named DeeDee Big shout out to her for fixing the issue that 10 to 15 people couldn't fix prior to her when I only had to explain it to her one time she understood the issue and she got it handled within 5 minutes after talking to others for hours.... she really deserves employee of the year but I highly advise you to reevaluate your phone systems And really Take the time to make sure you have checked the right boxes for people because sometimes Things get overlooked And it could be the slightest of a problem but it turns into a bigger issue and I probably will never use u-haul again if I don't have to and if I do I will be going directly to one of these properties And deal with them directly.Lisa L.
