The opportunity came when it was time to drop off the U-Haul. Upon pulling into D&L Carlisle & Sons property it was not immediately clear where I should park the U-Haul. There also seemed to be no signage informing customers where they should return/leave the keys. I did find a locked mailbox that seemed like it could be used to drop keys and keep them secure, however, there was not signage or messaging indicating that it was the proper place to leave the keys. I would have also preferred to receive a call, text, or email confirming the recent and checking back in of the U-Haul.
Joseph SKnow the process of checking in so a customer does not get accused of stealing a truck and trailer. We drove the truck less than 15 miles and we had a flat. Took three hours to get it repaired. Luckily we were in the driveway.

David SExcellent location for access/turn around. I was towing a trailer with a 26' truck and it was easy to enter, park, and gentleman who received equipment was extremely courteous and made a smooth check-in.
