Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisLocation is dirty and run down but the individual was cordial. The equipment was in good shape but I had to maneuver the truck from a tight spot on the lot.
RICHARD SCraig (the local biz owner) was easy to work with and was there to meet me on Saturday morning as promised. Nice gentlemen! The truck loaned to me did have some dog hair on the passenger seat and floor, but can't blame the local business for that as that was likely from the previous renter (and truck was originally from out of state). The 26' U-Haul truck (Ford F-650 Super Duty) operated just fine and accomplished exactly what it needed to do...move my friend's furniture and goods! If I need to rent here again, I would! Just call the local business number and talk to the owner to confirm availability of needed equipment.

JAMES RThere wasn't a person there to do anything. But I'm frustrated I paid 307 bucks on top of 75 for gas only to be charged another 62.35 with no reason as to why. Sucks. And if it's because of the dollys and blankets it's completely unfair as I said I didn't order them and was told to take them anyway.
