On my reservation I picked Ellensburg as the U-Haul return as this is where I was moving to and I was charged a $16 fee for dropping it off at the wrong location which is where I picked on the reservation , so I can’t say I was too thrilled about that

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI can not think of anything more to doe to the trailer I used to. It was perfect and the folks that helped me were awesome.
william jThe app is terrible and wouldn't let me do anything. The website wouldn't let me change my drop off location when I called the call center to change my drop off location. They told me the drop off. Location could receive equipment 24 hours when I called to verify. They actually couldn't. And then lastly, when I asked another branch to change my reservation, they said, I had to call direct. They couldn't do it. So all of that makes for a frustrating experience. However the equipment was great! The people at both locations were great. I just think you guys as a parent company have a lot of progress to make. See my other note.
Christopher MI have been helped 2 times now by the same individual. Always friendly. Quick to help me unload my trailer and was super pleasant to deal with!
